The Bikini Bar – The Bikini Bar is the main pool bar with outdoor living room lounge atmosphere serving upscale fare and a diverse selection of beverages including an expansive list of rums and tequilas from around the world.
Setting a dramatic stage, this expansive illuminated pool area and bar is set against the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. A seductive and sunny hub, the main pool bar is shielded from the desert sun with an authentic hand-woven thatched awning. Striking images of former Miss Americas – re-colored for a contemporary edge – line this sun-splashed hot spot.
At night, this stunning setting morphs into a white hot cocktail party, with a hip lounge atmosphere complete with a comfy outdoor living room, oversized futons, creative cocktails and soothing sounds. Perpetuating an aura of camaraderie, indoor and outdoor areas are carefully designed to encourage conversation, with strategically situated lounges and couches attracting groups for social events and mingling.
Locals and hotels guests alike flock here throughout the day – and night – to indulge in upscale poolside fare and a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages, including more than 50 rums and tequilas from around the world.
Bikini Bar Hours of Operation:
Pool Menu served from 11:30 am to 5 pm, daily .
Cocktails served from 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday, 10 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday.
The Deep End Pool – is located between buildings 4 and 5 also containing a pool bar with outdoor living room lounge atmosphere serving light BBQ fare and cocktails. Bar is open seasonally.
