- Less than 100 Attendees Complimentary Choice of Intermezzo Course OR Gourmet Coffee Station
- 101 – 200 Attendees Complimentary Choice of Two Select Tray Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
- 201 – 300 Attendees Complimentary Choice of One Select Carving Station
- 300 – 500 Attendees Complimentary Choice of One Select Dessert Action Station
