Darin, I couldn’t be happier with our event! The staff at The Riviera were fabulous, the rooms were great and the banquet was extraordinary! The lighting in the ballroom was perfect and the food was great. The dinner service was excellent. Not sure I can come up with any other adjectives to describe the weekend except magnificent! Thanks so much providing a really excellent weekend for our group. We all had a great time. The dinner was very good and the service was terrific. We recently concluded our SRT meeting at the Riviera...very successfully I must say. Besides the scientific program, a big part of the success was your facilities and staff. Katie and Lauren were very accommodating and patient through all the snafus during registration and meeting arrangements. Brandon and his colleagues at the reception put a smile on everybody's face at check-in. And Angie (?) and the chef-in-charge (I forget his name) were excellent with their service, courteousness and the quality of food was amazing. These are comments not just from me, but "all" the attendees. They highlighted that a big part of the charm of the place was how courteous ALL the staff were...from the wait staff, to the room service folks to staff just working around the grounds, who all said hello and had a smile on their faces. Dave Allen, at Swank AV, were very provided excellent service and we did not have a single glitch in AV throughout the meeting. He was even creative the first night in figuring our some alternatives to get our presentation working. Our participants come to meetings for the scientific sessions, but their mood and enjoyment is greatly complemented by the environment they are in and yours was the best we have experienced. the previous one was a disaster form that point of view! We greatly enjoyed your hospitality and congratulate you on the great staff you have there. Would be glad to recommend your facilities to others if needed.
