Riviera Palm Springs Welcomes Gabriela Oliva
As General Manager of Circa 59
PALM SPRINGS, CA – September 29, 2011 – Riviera Palm Springs announces the appointment of Gabriela Oliva as General Manager of signature on-property restaurant Circa 59. With more than 10 years of food and beverage management experience, proven ability to produce strong operational performance and a focus on guest satisfaction, Gabriela is a wonderful addition to the team.
Gabriela joins the Circa 59 team most recently from NOÉ Restaurant located within the Omni Los Angeles, where she served as general manager. Her duties included directing and evaluating food and beverage service, and training staff members.
Prior to NOÉ, she was General Manager of Food and Beverage at Four Winds Casino Resort in New Buffalo, Mich., as part of the opening team management for multiple fine dining outlets in the casino environment. From 2003-05, Gabriela served as General Manager of Food and Beverage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, balancing a combination of multiple food and beverage outlets, and leading a team of more than 75.
