Join Circa 59 as this Palm Springs restaurants' paramount culinary team takes you on a continued tour of America’s West Coast Wineries. Starting in Santa Barbara, California and extending into Washington State, these monthly dinners will vary by winery style, winery location and seasonality as our chefs create signature menu offerings to compliment each wine. The philosophy of these dinners matches our Circa 59 wine menu vision of selecting the best wines from each region of the Western United States moving from South to North.
