The Grand Ballroom features 19,670 square feet and offers a distinct oval configuration with a built-in stage and nine dramatic sparkling crystal chandeliers. The Desert Conference Center has two main conference rooms, the El Dorado Ballroom with 5,000 square feet of meeting space and the Royal Ballroom which has 4,000 square feet of meeting space. Both the Grand Ballroom and Desert Conference Center offer smaller sections and breakout rooms for more flexible options. Additionally, there are smaller indoor meeting rooms with an Executive Boardroom featuring 946 square feet including a flat screen TV and additional storage area plus The Palm Suite which features 459 square feet with a private patio and wet bar. Additionally, there is 10,000 square feet of picturesque outdoor function space featuring beautifully landscaped garden and pool areas to host corporate meeting receptions, weddings or intimate gatherings.
Every meeting room among our convention facilities will be equipped with both wired and wireless Internet access. Riviera’s on-site technicians are also available to provide the most current equipment and technical support for meetings and events. In addition, this luxury resort will feature a guest internet area with two computers, internet access and laser printer, and the Front Desk staff are able to assist with any faxing or photocopying needs.
